The Federal Government shall support Liberty & Freedom by:
- Eliminate cumbersome laws, regulations and bureaucracy
- Recognize that human rights can only be violated by force from the Government not private individuals
- Freedom of speech NOT freedom from objectionable speech
- Support and encourage free markets and capitalism
- Eliminate monopolies, trade barriers, ownership restrictions and burdensome tax policies
