The Federal Government shall advance the cause of personal responsibility by:
- delegate responsibility to the Provinces or entirely eliminate all entitlement programs
- eliminate subsidies, tax rebate schemes and bailouts to individuals, corporations and to special groups
- advocating that individuals rely on friends, family and community before considering public support
- not interfereing with individuals freedom to suceed as well as their freedom to fail
- individuals convicted of violent crimes should be sentenced with minimum prison sentences
