Why we lead with the plan
· Dispatch
Many houses of politics lead with a face, a pledge button, and a mood. We lead with a plan you can read — and with honesty about what is not yet built.
That choice is deliberate. Before the lists and the banners, the country must be made plain: open books, merit, immigration by capacity, power for the family, service as training — and federal and provincial power named without fog.
Gathering follows the plan. It does not replace it.
